I’ve had two different experiences here on two separate vacations. First time, I saw a couple walk out very upset, saying we shouldn’t go in there. Yet, when we did, the owner was great and he vented about the people that stormed out. I was happy with my purchase and said I’d visit him again, next time in Maui. Second visit. Same owner, extremely rude. Treated us worse than garbage. Couldn’t believe it was the same person. Conclusion: You have a 50-50 chance. Don’t risk the chance and ruin your good vacation vibes. It’s not worth it.

From reading previous reviews I had to double check if I actually was at the same store. We had a really pleasant experience. We were visiting in July and decided to stop at the store. We wanted to get 4 pairs, however they only had two in our size. The girl who helped us (Alex) offered to pick up the other two after work from their other store and meet us on our way to the airport as we were leaving that evening. This was all after hours on her own time. She texted and was there 15 mins before we got there. Amazing service. Would definitely buy again from them.

I would give a zero star if possible. I have never been treated so rudely by a sales clerk. The man working the counter had an attitude the minute I walked in. He was working on a wreath at the counter and I waited patiently until he acknowledged me. He proceeded to tell me I had a smirk on my face. He was just beyond rude in our conversation. I ended up leaving both pairs of shoes on the counter and left very upset. He should not be working with the public.

My husband and I stopped into the store looking to replace a pair of shoes. My husband knew what he wanted, I was not as clear (a gentle synonym for I-had-no-idea). Frank, the manager could not have been more helpful or patient. We both found a pair of shoes and it was a thumbs-up (and toes happy) shopping experience.

I was in the store yesterday, July 9th at 1:30. I was prepared to buy two pair. The clerk was rude as I asked a question about the soft insert. I picked up a pair and said, so this one probably doesn't have it, right. She replied since you won't listen to me, just figure it out yourself. I motioned to my spouse we were leaving, and said to the clerk, you just cost yourself the sale of two pair of shoes. She rudely replied it didn't matter to her. Further the store smelled horribly of whatever food she had heated. I was surprised and really disappointed.
